You must yield the right of way to other traffic users:

• When getting into an intersection with a flashing yellow arrow.
• When turning left. If you enter an intersection on green light, you can finish your turn even if the light turns red.
• To through traffic when near to merge sign. Increase or decrease your speed.
• When close to yield sign. Slow down or stop.
• When there are still vehicles in the intersection, even if there is green light for you.
• When coming from an alley, private road or driveway after you stopped.
